I’m not quite finished with Stephanie Estima’s book, The Betty Body, but her info on eating around your cycle is so helpful! I have listened to her podcast as well. She is a wealth of information on balancing hormones and effectively losing weight, working with your body, not against it. Let me know if you read it!
