It’s a steamy Sunday, but we are soaking up this long weekend!

Tomorrow we’ll spend the day by the pool and possibly watch some fireworks.

Love truly is magic.

I was so blessed to travel to Tennessee last weekend and meet @ediewadsworth who has been my mentor for over a year.

I wasn’t sure what the weekend would hold, but I definitely didn’t expect the genuine love and friendship I encountered over and over again.

I met my people. The sisters in Christ spread across the country, united by the desire to bravely embrace all of life — good and bad— and to take radical ownership of what we choose to create in our lives.

It was amazing. I truly don’t have words. You ladies have blessed my heart and changed me.

Simple enough for a weeknight meal but also perfect for entertaining, this easy Greek Chicken Salad recipe is sure to become a favorite.

What a week! I am taking the evening to recover from all the running and plan for what’s ahead.

I love taking time on Sunday to plan meals, schedule workouts, prioritize work projects and write down where the kids are going this week.

If I don’t do it, I inevitably forget things and feel behind all week.

I love this dress that I wore to church today. It’s perfect for beach pics, a summer wedding, or a garden party.

How is it the middle of June?! I love checking in mid-year to see how I’m doing on my big goals.

I’m honestly not loving my progress so far in a couple of areas, so that means it’s time to do something different! My friend @rachael_goff_life_coach shared this week how she works at her new business for 45 minutes every morning. I love that!

Are you scheduling the things that matter to you? If not, get that calendar out and set some priorities!

There isn’t time to do everything, but there’s enough time for the important things.
